Deposition of Bud x Lockhart taken at the house of Stephenson in Newport on 18 Feb 1803. He said that three other men chosen to divide the land between Keller and Glass who showed them the Sycamore tree in dispute and said it was the beginning corner tree to the land. He said Craig sold to JOHN FLUHARTY down to the Sycamore corner and never knew of any other corner.
Charles Howard's deposition: He said there had been a dogwood between Keller and Fluharty about five or six years ago on the same corner. Keller claimed the upper corner and FLUHARTY the lower corner, 22 March 1802.
" A list of insolvents returned by Elihu Horton and Thomas R. Chipps for Russell Potter, Sheriff, for the year 1803" Each name represents one insolvent unless indicated in ( ) James Edgell, John Fluharty.
